A bit of free time before tonight's awards ceremony produced a bit more done to the Sonia that I got with Paul (last seen on the end of a paddling pool!)

It is a very tidy model despite its age, all the parts are well engineered.

First ever attempt at a mottle scheme using the sponge technique. I might try it on some armour at a later date.
Ooh, your sponge technique looks pretty good so far! Any chance of some notes about how you did it in the future?
ReplyDeleteGood looking aircrew. The cam looks spot on. Totally agree with the comments on the kit, it is a easy assembly.
ReplyDeleteEF, ah sure, but I thought it was your site that posted this technique, felt a bit bad for not accknowledging it! Paul, thanks man, the mae-west was a bit of an after thought, painted in situ.
ReplyDeleteThumbs up, it looks very good!
