Guys (there seems to be two or three of you involved on at least two blogs + the labour force!) - this is shaping-up to be a fantastic project.
I have a lot of admiration for that gang of European modellers on Benno's forum who build these huge Roman Engineering dioramas and Medieval sieges, and this is heading right up there with them.
Is the wood balsa, or fitted-kitchen railing type stuff?
Great stuff lads, glad you've enjoyed the pictures. Hugh, the wood is of the kitchen rail variety and I know the group you mean; impressive, thanks. Actual game pics in a few days :)
I asked because my brother - a chippy - replaced my damaged rake handle with some of that moulding rail years ago and I swear the rake will wear-out now before the handle!
Excellent...just what someone was looking for ;-D
