British Scout Carrier

A couple of early war carriers I've been working on over the last week or so...

This one has had crew added to designate it as a command platoon

Not one of my better crew conversions but I am running low on various spare parts, especially the very useful Matchbox British

These are nice little resin model by Frontline.

  1. Ooooh, they are cute!!! Seriously, another great job Al. What colour did you use for the Bronze Green? I am nearly at the stage of painting up some of my Carriers.
    Cheers

    1. Thanks mate, the colour is Vallejo Military Green, it has had a couple of coats of black wash and just a little drybrushing. Can't wait to see your models.

  2. You did a nice job of bringing them to life. The VJ military green is a useful paint.

  4. These turned out great. They're like trucks, you can never quite have enough.

  5. They look great. I must really pay more attention to crewing my WW2 vehicles as it really brings them out.

  7. Thanks gang, still adding things to my favourite, the early part of my collection. Thanks Paul, most of my MB figs are very brittle and break in really unusual places, some spares will be well received :)
