Found a little time during the week to finish the support units for my first re-worked para battalion. Based for CD3, most figures have had at least a head-swap. Over the summer holidays I plan to finish two more battalions plus a few extras to complete the regiment
Recon SMG and battalion HQ stands
Ammo porter platoon
Support company command stand. For some reason the red I used for their berets turned out a bit brighter than the last lot, so I might try and dull them down a bit at a later date
3" mortar platoon, back
And, front. 
PIAT platoon
The full support company: HQ, mortar, MMG, Engineer and PIAT stands. The entire battalion includes figures from Esci, Revell, Airfix, HaT and a couple of Hong Kong copies.
By jingos they are good. They cam as come along way since those early stands.

ReplyDeleteUncle B, thanks mate, nah not doing Arnhem anytime soon. We tried it a while ago and vowed and declared that if we ever had another crack at it, we'd wait until we had all the right gear, especially in terms of scenery
