    Thanks for to compare them! They look a bit huge compared with the esci riflemen but I like the variety of figures.

    Matchbox Russians !!! :-)

    The first thing that came to my mind when I saw these on your blog Al. The style of sculpting looks like the old Matchbox figures, ........as if they were Russians that Matchbox never released.

    Thanks for posting the pictures and the comparison pic with the Revell Russian.

    I'll be getting some of these myself.

    That would be handy, I never mix different manufacturers in 1 battalion because of the size differences but removing the bases? Never thought to do that! (so maybe in the future some mixed batalions.

    These Russian figure poses are excellent

    The size means they are kept for "elite" battalions, but I can forgive them that as 20mm encompasses to many scale variations

    Nice photos Al, and thx for the photo with the other figs comparison.
    They look ''chunkier'' than the already existing ones, but their proportions are really balanced.

    Show us them painted (many of your followers would agree on that)!!
